CONSENT CALENDAR

*1. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL ENHANCEMENT AND MITIGATION AT I-15 AND I-215 INTERCHANGES AT MURRIETA HOT SPRINGS ROAD

Recommended Action: Award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and approve revised project budget.

*2. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR CITY'S MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS AT I-15 AND I-215 ON MURRIETA HOT SPRINGS ROAD

Recommended Action: Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the Memorandum of Understanding.

*3. AGREEMENT WITH CARRIER JOHNSON FOR PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE NEW PUBLIC LIBRARY

Recommended Action: Approve the Agreement with Carrier Johnson in the sum of $767,945 for professional architectural and consulting services for the new Murrieta Public Library.

*4. COMPUTER REPLACEMENT

Recommended Action: Approve the replacement of one laptop computer for the library at a cost of $2,950.
