Recommended Action: That the City Council:
a) Adopt a Resolution making responsible agency findings, Approving the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan and Authorizing execution of Implementing Agreement.
b) Introduce an Ordinance for Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan fees; and
c) Adopt a Resolution establishing procedures and responsibilities for the fee program including recovery of City administrative costs.
