DISCUSSION:

1. Ratification of Declaration of Local Emergency (Christman)

Recommended Action: Adopt a Resolution either:

1. Ratifying the declaration of existence of a local emergency in connection with the Interstate 215 Roadway Failure and determining that the conditions predicating the declaration of the local emergency have subsided and therefore terminating the local emergency; or

2. Ratifying the declaration of existence of a local emergency in connection with the Interstate 215 Roadway Failure and determining that the conditions predicating the declaration of the local emergency continue to exist and therefore continuing the state of local emergency.
